Personal Training
As a student athlete I have always appreciated the importance of an active lifestyle. I am a firm believer that individuals that are keeping their bodies active see greater success both personally and professionally. I have over a decade of experience as a Crossfit (functional fitness) Athlete with becoming a certified Crossfit L1 trainer in May 2023. I also have recently become a 2 x Ironman 70.3 finisher as a transition my training style to that of a hybrid athlete.
